Paolo D’Ulisse
was born in Rome the 29th July 1965. He took a degree in economics, while
at the age of 22 had started to devote himself to painting.
He is an autodidact. His tecnicque derives from several personal experiences,
and he never attended professional artistic studies. So, his paintining does
not refer to any particular pictorial school and does not answer to school
canons.
We define “a real painter” not because he’s talented with
special skills, but because he feels an immense necessity of paintining, that
he has to has to satisfy immediatily, even if he is always unhappy with the
results.
He paints every subject that can be a source of inspiration for him.
