I have been making drawings since the age of 15, but only recently I started to promote them actively. I am a self-taught artist, living in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. I describe my work as abstract pen drawings, but a lot of people feel they are closely related to biological phenomena. and I agree. Sometimes they resemble cell structures and plant-like shapes.

"All drawings are made with simple BIC ballpints. I like the quality of the ink and the ease of the pen as an instrument. Sometimes I am temted to try different colors, but it has become (more or less) my trademark to stick with the traditional 4."
