BISER PANAYOTOV
was born in 1960 in the town of Rousse, Bulgaria. He was taught his first
painting lessons by the famous Rousse artist Kiril Stanchev. For the first
time his paintings were exhibited in a Youth Show in 1988 / Art Gallery in
Rousse/. In July 1992 the artist exhibited 15 oil-paintings in the Art Gallery
in the town of Nessebar, Bulgaria. The same year he became a member of the
Group of artists in Rousse and has participated in the annual art exhibitions
since.
